A cozy stay at Seomyeon

The Toyoko Inn Busan Seomyeon has a prime location just a short walk from the metro. I loved the friendly staff, always ready to assist with a smile. The vending machine in the lobby was a lifesaver for quick snacks!

That being said, breakfast was a bit chaotic. I often found myself waiting for a table, and the overall dining experience felt disorganized due to the lack of a proper queuing system. Also, the rooms were quite compact, which made moving around a challenge with larger luggage.

Check-in is strictly at 4 p.m., leaving no room for early arrivals, which can be frustrating. The breakfast area gets cramped, leading to long waits for tables, and the dining options can feel repetitive. Noise from the lifts was noticeable at night, making it hard to settle down without distractions.

Friendly staff made the stay enjoyable, with clear English communication. The room had essential amenities, including a refrigerator and safe. however, the temperature control was a bit tricky due to the air conditioning system. Breakfast featured simple yet delightful Korean dishes daily, although finding seating could be challenging during peak hours. The location was perfect for exploring the area, with a nearby shopping mall and convenient transport options.
